15.12.2021 tarihli Özel Durum Açıklaması ( https://www.kap.org.tr/tr/Bildirim/983429 ) ile kamuoyuna duyurulan Lojistik Merkez ve Kimya Depomuzun ÇED Sürecine ilişkin olarak , projenin gerçekleştirilmesi planlanan alanın önümüzdeki süreçte havaalanının genişleme ihtiyacı nedeniyle Devlet Hava Meydanları İşletmesi Genel Müdürlüğü tarafından kullanılması sonucunda, Lojistik Merkez ve Kimya Depomuzun faaliyetine son verme durumunun olabileceği öğrenilmiştir.

Yapılan değerlendirme neticesinde, ÇED sürecinde olan mevcut yatırımdan çevresel ve diğer maliyetleri gözden geçirilerek vazgeçilmesine, önümüzdeki dönemde Lojistik Merkez ve Kimya Deposu projesinin tekrar gündeme alınmasına karar verilmiştir.

Regarding the EIA Process of our Logistics Center and Chemistry Warehouse, which was announced to the public with the Material Event Disclosure dated 15.12.2021 ( https://www.kap.org.tr/tr/Bildirim/983429 ) It has been learned that the area where the project is planned to be realized might be used by General Directorate of State Airports Authority in the coming period in case of airport expansion as a result of the subjected situation the Logistics Center and Chemistry Warehouse may cease to operate.

As a result of the evaluation, it was decided to abandon the existing investment in the EIA process by reviewing its environmental and other costs, and to put the Logistics Center and Chemical Warehouse project on the agenda again in the upcoming period.
