Şirketimizin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-14.1 Tebliği'ne uygun olarak ve Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları esas alınarak hazırlanan bağımsız denetimden geçmiş finansal tablolarına göre, 2021 yılı net dönem kârı olan 310.366.673,00 TL'den, 24.899.061,30 TL Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe ayrılarak hesaplanan 294.967.611,70 TL tutarındaki net dağıtılabilir dönem kârı üzerinden; SPK düzenlemeleri paralelinde 2021 yılı içinde toplam 450.462,00 TL bağış yapıldığı dikkate alınarak; bağışlar eklenmiş net dağıtılabilir dönem karının %36,87'sine tekabül edecek şekilde 110.000.000,00 TL tutarında Ortaklara Birinci Kâr Payı dağıtılmasına, 24.899.061,30 TL tutarında Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe ayrılmasına ve geriye kalan tutarın tamamının geçmiş yıllar karlarına eklenmesine ve kâr dağıtımı tarihinin 13 Mayıs 2022 tarihini geçmemesi şartıyla belirlenmesi için Yönetim Kurulu'na yetki verilmesine 235.497.647 adet kabul oyu ile oy birliğiyle karar verildi.
