On January 21, 2020, NortonLifeLock Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Scott C. Taylor, its Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, is stepping down from his position as General Counsel and Secretary effective January 21, 2020. Mr. Taylor will remain an employee of the Company for a transitional period.
