ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
Acquisition of the initial eight Aliria projects
GemLife Communities Group (ASX: GLF) ( GemLife ) refers to the Prospectus and Product Disclosure Statement dated 17 June 2025 and advises that it has completed the acquisition of the initial eight Aliria projects.
The eight projects are expected to add 2,200 sites to GemLife’s portfolio and will support future growth.
GemLife’s portfolio now comprises 28 communities and projects, comprising an expected 8,711 homes and sites.
The further four Aliria projects which are the subject of options / conditional contracts are expected to be acquired over late FY25 to FY31.
This announcement has been approved by the Board of GemLife.
