Şirketimiz, Denizbank A.Ş.'nin 28.11.2025 tarihinde gerçekleştirdiği tahsili gecikmiş alacak satışında satışa çıkarılan 5 bireysel 1 kobi-ticari portföyden 346,2 milyon TL anapara büyüklüğündeki 1 kobi-ticari portföyün ihalesini en yüksek teklifi vererek kazanmıştır. Bu ihaleye toplam 16 varlık yönetim şirketi katılmıştır.
İhale sonuçlarının kesinleşmesi ihaleyi açan banka Yönetim Kurulu'nun onayına bağlı olup, onay sonrası sözleşmenin imza süreci ve satışa konu alacakların devir işlemleri başlatılacaktır.

In the non-performing loans sale conducted on November 28th, 2025 by Denizbank A.Ş., our company successfully secured the tender by submitting the highest bid for a commercial portfolio with a total principal amount of 346.2 million TL out of 5 retail and 1 commercial portfolios put up for sale.16 asset management companies joined the tender process.
It is important to note that the finalization of the tender results is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of the bank. Once the approval is obtained, the subsequent phases, including contract execution and the transfer of the loans associated with the sale process, will commence accordingly.
