The Company "GEK TERNA S.A." announces, pursuant to article 21 of law 3556/2007 and article 11 of decision no. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that the executive director, executive member of the BoD (person subject of the obligations of the EU Regulation 596/2014) Ms. Penelope Lazaridou, in relation to the implementation of the Company's Stock Awards Program as approved by the Ordinary General Assembly of the Company's shareholders dated 20/06/2023, acquired for free through an OTC transaction on 19/12/2025, 56,266 common registered shares of the Company.
