Share Buy Back
Geiger Counter Limited announces that on 27 November 2024, it purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 51.48 pence per Ordinary Share.
All Ordinary Shares repurchased by the Company under its share repurchase programme are to be held in Treasury. In total, since the Annual General Meeting on 9 March 2023 the Company has repurchased 11,519,543 Ordinary Shares.
Following the purchase, the Company has 141,149,804 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue plus 11,524,445 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.
