Notification to Shareholders in regard to Subscription Rights

Please be reminded that you have the right to subscribe for one new Ordinary Share for every five Ordinary Shares held in the Company on 30 April each year. The Company announces the second Subscription Rights Price at 51.52 pence on 3 May 2022. The exercise date for the second Subscription Right is expected 2 May 2023.

The new Ordinary Shares subscribed for will be issued within 14 Business Days of the relevant Subscription Date to those Shareholders in whose name the Ordinary Shares are registered on the Subscription Date.
