Result of EGM

Following the extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") of the Company in connection with the proposed implementation of an annual Subscription Right and an updating of the Company's articles of association, which was held earlier today, the Company announces that the special resolution put to Shareholders (the "Resolution") was passed.  Proxy votes in favour of the Resolution were 98 per cent. of the votes cast at the EGM.

The Company will announce the First Subscription Price on 5 May 2021.
