Provaglio d'Iseo (BS), 6 febbraio 2023 – Gefran S.p.A. comunica di aver acquistato, dal 30 gennaio al 3 febbraio 2023, nr. 6.824 azioni ordinarie ad un prezzo medio di Euro 9,9222 per azione, per un controvalore pari ad Euro 67.708,98.

A seguito di tali acquisti sino a d'ora effettuati, Gefran S.p.A. detiene un totale di n. 85.458 azioni ordinarie pari a 0,59% del capitale sociale).
Il programma rientra nei termini della delega conferita al Consiglio di Amministrazione dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti del 28 aprile 2022 ed è stato avviato in data 14 novembre 2022. L'Assemblea degli Azionisti ha autorizzato l'acquisto fino a un massimo di 1.440.000 azioni ordinarie di Gefran S.p.A. del valore nominale di Euro 1,00 ciascuna. Le operazioni, attuate secondo la normativa vigente, dovranno essere effettuate entro 18 mesi dall'autorizzazione assembleare.

GEFRAN S.P.A.: UPDATE ON THE BUYBACK PROGRAM
Provaglio d'Iseo (BS), 6 th February 2023 – Gefran S.p.A. informs that, between 30 January and 3 February 2023, it bought no. 6,824 ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 9.9222 per share, for a total consideration of EUR 67,708.98.

As a result of the said acquisitions Gefran S.p.A. owns a total of 85,458 ordinary shares (0.59% of the share capital).
The program comes under the mandate given to the Board of Directors by Shareholder resolution passed on 28th April 2022 and it was launched on 14th November 2022. The Shareholders' Meeting authorised the purchase of a maximum of 1,440,000 ordinary Gefran S.p.A. shares with a nominal value of EUR 1.00 per share. Transactions, conducted pursuant to applicable laws, must be carried out within 18 months of the authorisation.
