GEFRAN S.P.A.: AGGIORNAMENTO SUL PROGRAMMA DI ACQUISTO DI AZIONI PROPRIE
Provaglio d'Iseo (BS), 11 dicembre 2023 – Gefran S.p.A. comunica di aver acquistato, dal 4 dicembre all'8 dicembre 2023, nr. 7.905 azioni ordinarie ad un prezzo medio di Euro 8,6392 per azione, per un controvalore pari ad Euro 68.293,25.

A seguito di tali acquisti sino a d'ora effettuati, Gefran S.p.A. detiene un totale di n. 193.439 azioni ordinarie pari a 1,34% del capitale sociale.
Il programma rientra nei termini della delega conferita al Consiglio di Amministrazione dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti del 21 aprile 2023 ed è stato avviato in data 9 maggio 2023. L'Assemblea degli Azionisti ha autorizzato l'acquisto fino a un massimo di 1.440.000 azioni ordinarie di Gefran S.p.A. del valore nominale di Euro 1,00 ciascuna. Le operazioni, attuate secondo la normativa vigente, dovranno essere effettuate entro 18 mesi dall'autorizzazione assembleare.

GEFRAN S.P.A.: UPDATE ON THE BUYBACK PROGRAM
Provaglio d'Iseo (BS), 11th December 2023 – Gefran S.p.A. informs that, between 4 December and 8 December 2023, it bought no. 7,905 of ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 8.6392 per share, for a total consideration of EUR 68,293.25.

As a result of the said acquisitions Gefran S.p.A. owns a total of 193.439 ordinary shares (1.34% of the share capital).
The program comes under the mandate given to the Board of Directors by Shareholder resolution passed on 21 st April 2023 and it was launched on 9 th May 2023. The Shareholders' Meeting authorised the purchase of a maximum of 1,440,000 ordinary Gefran S.p.A. shares with a nominal value of EUR 1.00 per share. Transactions, conducted pursuant to applicable laws, must be carried out within 18 months of the authorisation.
