VARIAZIONE DEL CALENDARIO DEGLI EVENTI SOCIETARI 2022

Provaglio d'Iseo (BS), 1° agosto 2022

Gefran S.p.A. comunica che, in conseguenza della firma dell'accordo quadro di cui al comunicato stampa pubblicato in data odierna e a parziale rettifica di quanto in precedenza comunicato, il Consiglio di Amministrazione previsto per il 4 agosto 2022 approverà i dati pre-consuntivi consolidati al 30 giugno 2022, mentre la relazione finanziaria semestrale al 30 giugno 2022 sarà oggetto della riunione Consiglio di Amministrazione che si terrà in data 9 settembre 2022.

Di seguito, ai sensi dell'art. 2.6.2, comma 1 lett. b) del regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., si riporta il calendario degli eventi societari per l'anno 2022, che recepisce le modifiche intervenute, precisando che le riunioni già tenutesi nell'anno 2022 sono omesse.

Eventuali variazioni alle date sopra indicate saranno tempestivamente comunicate al mercato.

AMENDMENT TO THE 2022 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR

Gefran S.p.A. informs that, following the signing of the framework agreement described in the press release published today and as a partial amendment of what previously communicated, the Board of Directors to be held on 4 August 2022 will approve the preliminary consolidate data for the half year ended 30 June 2022, while the half year report ended 30 June 2022 will be on the agenda of the Board of Directors meeting that will be held on 9 September 2022.

According to article 2.6.2, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Rules of the Markets and related Instructions organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., an updated version of the 2022 corporate events calendar, which includes the change, is shown below, omitting the events already held during the year 2022.

4 August 2022	Board of directors to approve preliminary consolidate data for the
	half year ended 30 June 2022
9 September 2022	Board of directors to approve the half year report ended 30 June
	2022
10 November 2022	Board of directors to approve the additional financial information
	for the nine months ended 30 September 2022

Any changes to the dates indicated above will be promptly communicated to the market.
