Si precisa che: Il D.lgs 25/2016, ha eliminato l'obbligo di pubblicare i resoconti intermedi di gestione ed ha attribuito a CONSOB la facoltà di richiedere la pubblicazione di "informazioni finanziarie periodiche aggiuntive". CONSOB, ai sensi dell'art. 82-ter del Regolamento Emittenti, consente di scegliere se comunicare informazioni finanziarie periodiche aggiuntive oltre alla relazione finanziaria annuale e semestrale.

Con riferimento agli emittenti quotati presso il segmento STAR del mercato MTA, il Regolamento Mercati di Borsa Italiana ("RM"), all'art. 2.2.3 prevede l'obbligo di rendere disponibile al pubblico informazioni finanziarie periodiche aggiuntive aventi come minimo i contenuti descritti all'articolo 154-ter, comma 5 del Testo Unico della Finanza, entro 45 giorni dal termine del primo, terzo e quarto trimestre dell'esercizio.

Si rende noto che il progetto di bilancio di esercizio ed il bilancio consolidato al 31.12.2021 saranno resi disponibili, dopo l'approvazione del Consiglio di Amministrazione, entro novanta giorni dalla chiusura dell'esercizio di riferimento, con conseguente esonero dalla pubblicazione relativa al quarto trimestre ai sensi dell'art. art. 2.2.3 RM.

Board of Directors to approve the additional financial information for the nine months ended

30.09.2022

The Legislative Decree 25/2016, removed the obligation to publish interim management reports and granted to CONSOB the power to request the publication of "additional periodic financial information". CONSOB, pursuant to new article 82-ter of the Italian "Regolamento Emittenti", allows to decide whether to publish additional periodic financial information besides the annual financial statements and the half-yearly report.

Regarding the issuers listed in STAR segment of Borsa Italiana's equity market (MTA), the Italian "Regolamento Mercati" ("RM") provides the obligation to publish additional periodic financial information with the minimum content described by article 154-ter subparagraph 5 of Italian "Testo Unico della Finanza", within 45 days from the end of the first, third and fourth quarter of the year.

It is announced that the draft separate and consolidated financial statements as of 31.12.2021 will be available, after approval by the Board, within ninety days of the closing date. The company will therefore benefit from the exemption from publishing the Fourth-Quarter Report according to art. 2.2.3 RM.
