The half-yearly financial report at 30 June 2020 has been approved by the Board of Directors pursuant to article 154-ter of the T.U.F. regulations.

The report is available since today at Gefran SpA's registered office and on the company's website www.gefran.com in the "investor relations / reports and financial statements" section.
