Si rende noto che sono depositati a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale in Provaglio d'Iseo (BS), Via Sebina 74, sul sito internet della Società www.gefran.com alla sezione investor relations/bilanci e relazioni e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato gestito da Spafid Connect S.p.A.: la Relazione finanziaria annuale (comprendente il progetto di Bilancio d'esercizio ed il Bilancio Consolidato al 31 dicembre 2018, con le relative Relazioni degli Amministratori sulla gestione e le prescritte Attestazioni, e la Dichiarazione consolidata di carattere non finanziario al 31 dicembre 2018), le Relazioni della Società di Revisione e del Collegio Sindacale, nonché la Relazione sul Governo Societario e gli Assetti Proprietari e la Relazione sulla Remunerazione.

Si rende noto inoltre che i Prospetti riepilogativi dei dati essenziali dell'ultimo bilancio delle società controllate e collegate, previsti dall'art. 2429 commi 3 e 4 del codice civile, sono a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale in Provaglio d'Iseo, Via Sebina 74, secondo quanto previsto dall'art. 77 comma 2‐bis del Regolamento Emittenti adottato dalla Consob con deliberazione n. 11971/1999.

Pursuant to article 154-ter of the T.U.F. regulations and to article 77 R.E., please be advised that the Annual Financial Statements as at 31st December 2018 (including the Consolidated non-financial report as at 31st December 2018), together with the Corporate Governance Report, the Report on the Remuneration and the Reports of the Auditing Firm and of the Board of Auditors ‐ are available since today at Gefran SpA's registered office, on the company's website www.gefran.com in the "investor relations/reports and financial statements" section.

This documentation is also available on the authorized storage system managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A.

We hereby inform that the charts summarizing the main data of the last financial statements of the controlled and affiliated companies provided for under Article 2429, paragraph 3 and 4, of the Italian Civil Code are also available to the public at the Company's registered office, pursuant to article 77, paragraph 2‐bis, of the Regulation on Issuers adopted by CONSOB with Resolution n. 11971 of May 14, 1999.
