PRECISAZIONE IN MERITO ALLA PROPOSTA DI DIVIDENDO

Provaglio d'Iseo (BS), 7 settembre 2021 – In vista dell'Assemblea Ordinaria dei Soci convocata per il giorno 30 settembre 2021 avente ad oggetto la proposta di distribuzione di un dividendo pari ad Euro 0,33 per azione, GEFRAN S.p.A. comunica che ai fini borsistici tale dividendo deve intendersi quale dividendo ordinario.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING THE DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION PROPOSAL

Provaglio d'Iseo (BS), 7 September 2021 – In view of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting called on 30 September 2021 about the proposal of the distribution of a dividend of Euro 0,33 per share, GEFRAN S.p.A. informs that for stock exchange purposes such dividend shall be considered as an ordinary dividend.
