GEFRAN SPA CONCLUDE LA VENDITA DI SIEI AREG GMBH AL GRUPPO BRASILIANO WEG

Provaglio d'Iseo (BS), 4 ottobre 2022 – Facendo seguito a quanto comunicato in data di ieri relativamente alla cessione a WEG S.A. delle quote di partecipazione nella società di diritto italiano Gefran Drives and Motion S.r.l., Gefran S.p.A. in data di oggi ha ceduto alla stessa WEG S.A. le quote della società di diritto tedesco Siei Areg Gmbh per un valore di 1,4 milioni di Euro su un totale complessivo dell'accordo per la cessione del Business Azionamenti pari a 23 milioni di Euro.

Provaglio d'Iseo (BS), 4 October 2022 – Following yesterday press release related to the sale of the shares in the Italian company Gefran Drives and Motion S.r.l. to WEG S.A., Gefran S.p.A. today sold the shares in the German company Siei Areg Gmbh to the said WEG S.A. for a value of 1.4 million Euros out of an overall of the agreement for the sale of the Drives Business equal to 23 million Euros.
