Provaglio d'Iseo, 22 dicembre 2021 - Gefran S.p.A. è stata informata dal proprio socio di maggioranza Fingefran S.r.l., la quale è proprietaria del 53,018% delle azioni di Gefran S.p.A., che in data odierna 22 dicembre 2021, è stato stipulato un accordo per trasferire a titolo gratuito il 99% dei diritti di voto di Fingefran S.r.l. dal Sig. Ennio Franceschetti ai Signori Maria Chiara Franceschetti, Giovanna Franceschetti e Andrea Franceschetti in comunione indivisa.
La società effettuerà le ulteriori comunicazioni previste dal Decreto legislativo 24 febbraio 1998, n. 58 e dal Regolamento Consob n. 11971/1999.

SHAREHOLDING STRUCTURE OF FINGEFRAN S.R.L.
Provaglio d'Iseo, December 22, 2021 - Gefran S.p.A was informed by its main shareholder Fingefran S.r.l., that is the owner of 53.018% of the shares of Gefran S.p.A. that, on December 22, 2021, an agreement was executed to transfer for free 99% of rights of vote of Fingefran S.r.l. from Mr. Ennio Franceschetti to Ms. Maria Chiara Franceschetti, Giovanna Franceschetti and Andrea Franceschetti, as a sole undivided good.
The company will release all the notices provided for by Italian Decreto legislativo nr. 58 of 24 February 1998, and by Italian Consob regulation nr. 11971/1999.
