GEFRAN S.P.A. ANNUNCIA L'IMPROVVISA SCOMPARSA DEL SUO PRESIDENTE ONORARIO E FONDATORE ENNIO FRANCESCHETTI

Provaglio d'Iseo (BS), 17 aprile 2023 – Gefran S.p.A. annuncia con grande tristezza l'improvvisa scomparsa del Presidente Onorario e fondatore della Società, Sig. Ennio Franceschetti, occorsa nella scorsa notte.

Dal 2018 Ennio Franceschetti ricopriva la carica di Presidente Onorario. Pur essendo state conferite a tale carica alcune deleghe specifiche, tutti i poteri operativi necessari alla gestione generale della Società sono in capo alla Presidente e all'Amministratore Delegato.

Il Sig. Ennio Franceschetti non risultava titolare di partecipazioni dirette nella Società.

Il Consiglio di Amministrazione, il Collegio Sindacale, i dipendenti e i collaboratori, esprimono cordoglio per la scomparsa del Sig. Ennio Franceschetti e si raccolgono intorno alla famiglia nel dolore per la grave perdita.

GEFRAN S.P.A. ANNOUNCES THAT THE HONORARY CHAIRMAN AND FOUNDER MR. ENNIO FRANCESCHETTI SUDDENDLY PASSED AWAY

Provaglio d'Iseo (BS), 17 th April 2023 – Gefran S.p.A. announces with great sadness that, the Honorary Chairman and founder of the Company, Mr. Ennio Franceschetti passed away, last night.

Since 2018 Ennio Franceschetti held the position of Honorary Chairman. Although some specific powers have been conferred to this office, all the operational powers necessary for the general management of the Company are held by the Chairwoman and the Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Ennio Franceschetti did not hold any direct share of the Company.

The Board of Directors, the Board of Statutory Auditors, employees and partners, express condolences for the death of Mr. Ennio Franceschetti and gather around the family in the sorrow for the important loss.
