RESIGNATION OF A STATUTORY AUDITOR
Gefran S.p.A. informs that today the Statutory Auditor Primo Ceppellini resigned from his role for personal reasons. The resignation has immediate effect and therefore, in accordance with the law and the articles of association, Luisa Anselmi shall become a member of the Board of Statutory Auditor. Luisa Anselmi was appointed as substitute statutory auditor by the Shareholders Meeting occurred on 24 April 2018.
As far as known to the Company, as of today, Primo Ceppellini does not own any shares of Gefran S.p.A.
The Chairman and the Board of Directors thanks Primo Ceppellini for his valuable contribution during the years in which he cooperated with the Company.
