COOPTATION OF A DIRECTOR

Provaglio d'Iseo (BS), 16 December 2019 – The Board of Directors of GEFRAN S.p.A, met today under the chairmanship of Maria Chiara Franceschetti at the company's headquarters in Provaglio d'Iseo (BS), appointed by cooptation Mr. Marcello Perini, already General Manager of the Sensors & Components Business Unit, as director of Gefran S.p.A.

Mr. Perini is an executive director of the company, non-independent, since he was also appointed Executive Director responsible for the internal control and risk management system; he is not member of any committee.

To the company's knowledge, at the appointment date, Mr. Perini does not own any participations in the company; his curriculum vitae is available on the website www.gefran.com in the governance section.
