ASSEMBLEA ORDINARIA: AVVISO RINVIO IN SECONDA CONVOCAZIONE

Si avvisano i Signori Azionisti che, in base alle informazioni a disposizione, si ha ragione di ritenere che l'Assemblea Ordinaria di Gefran S.p.A., convocata per il giorno 24 aprile 2019 in prima convocazione e occorrendo per il 3 maggio 2019 in seconda convocazione, avrà luogo in seconda convocazione, il giorno 3 maggio 2019 alle ore 17.00 presso la sede legale in Via Statale Sebina, n.74, Provaglio d'Iseo (BS).

Notice is given to the Shareholders that, according to the available information, we believe that the Ordinary Shareholders' meeting of Gefran S.p.A. to be held on 24 April 2019 (first call) and if necessary on 3 May 2019 (second call), will be held in second call on 3 May 2019 at 5:00 p.m. at the registered office in Via Statale Sebina, n.74, Provaglio d'Iseo (BS).
