Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is to inform that the Company had submitted bid in the e-Auction conducted by City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) for plot of land at Kharghar. As per the result of the auction declared on 17/05/2021, the company has emerged as the highest bidder for a plot 1D in Sector 27 of Kharghar Node. The Company has already got the other three adjoining plots (i.e. Plot 1A, 1B & 1C). Total outlay on all the four plots cumulatively would be of Rs. 122.79 crores.

The Company proposes to develop a residential cum commercial project on this land.

This is subject to the execution of definitive agreement with CIDCO.
