Subject: Update on Intimation of Board Meeting pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 :
In continuation to our letter dated 17[th] May, 2021 under Reg. 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 with regards to the intimation of the Board meeting to be held on Tuesday, 25[th] May, 2021 which is being held interalia to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31[st] March, 2021 it is further informed that the board of directors will also discuss on consideration of dividend on Equity Shares of the Company, if any .
Further as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s “Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information” and as per our letter dated 31[st] March, 2021 the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company for all its Directors, designated persons and their immediate relatives which have been kept closed from Thursday 1[st] April, 2021 will end 48 hours after the results are made public / outcome of the Board Meeting on 25[th] May, 2021.
Further please note that the outcome of the Board meeting will be disseminated to the stock exchanges after the conclusion of the Board meeting on 25[th] May, 2021 in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
