Sub: Outcome of the Board Meeting held on October 06, 2025 under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”).
Respected Sir / Madam,
This is in continuation to our earlier intimations dated August 29, 2025, September 16, 2025 and September 27, 2025, we hereby inform that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today, i.e., Monday, October 06, 2025, has allotted 2,59,88,466 Bonus Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each in the ratio 1:1 i.e., 1 (One) new fully paid-up Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up Equity Share of face value of Rs. 2/- each held by those eligible Shareholders whose name appeared in the Register of Members / Register of the Beneficial Owners of the Company as on Friday, October 03, 2025, i.e., the Record Date fixed for this purpose. The aforementioned Bonus Shares will be made available for trading from tomorrow, i.e., Tuesday, October 07, 2025.
Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 10,39,53,864/- divided into 5,19,76,932 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
The aforementioned Bonus equity shares so allotted rank pari-passu in all respects with the fully paidup equity shares of the Company as existing on the Record Date.
The meeting of Board of Directors was held today at 09.15 AM (IST) and concluded at 09.30 AM (IST).
