This is with reference to your e-mail dated 28[th] May, 2021 having reference no. L/SURV/ONL/PV/NP/ 2021-2022 / 310. We would like to inform you that the Company complies with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015 in letter and spirit, and has been promptly informing the Stock Exchange on all events and information, which have a bearing on operation or performance of the Company or on the Securities of the Company.

Further we wish to clarify that all the necessary information and events are being disclosed to the Stock exchange in a timely & effective manner as required under the applicable regulations.

We are not aware of any specific reason/information causing sudden movement in the price of our shares. The movement in the share price is purely market driven and due to the prevailing market conditions. The Management of the Company is in no way connected with such movement in price of shares.

The Company reiterates its adherence to the requirements laid down in Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and we will keep the Stock Exchange duly informed of any information as required under the said regulations as and when any such event occurs.
