Subject: Closure of Trading Window for the Quarter Ended December 31, 2021.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2019 has mandated the closure of trading window from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.

In view of the aforesaid, we hereby intimate that the trading window of the Company shall be closed with effect from the closure of trading hours on BSE on December 31, 2021(Friday) and shall be re-opened 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2021.
