Dear Sir,

This in response to your email dated June 24, 2025 seeking additional details as required under SEBI Circular dated November 11, 2024, for Corporate Announcement filed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 on June 23, 2025 for intimation of cessation cum resignation of Mr. Pradip Kumar Das as Nominee Director (designated as Non-Executive Chairman) of the company.

We wish to respectfully submit that the delay in making the said disclosure was entirely inadvertent and arose due to a difference in interpretation of the applicability of Para A(7C) of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

Upon receipt of your communication, we have reviewed the matter internally and acknowledge that there was a delay in compliance. We sincerely regret the same and wish to assure you that there was no malafide intention or willful default on the part of the Company.

Going forward, the Company will ensure strict compliance with all applicable regulations and will exercise greater diligence with regard to timelines and disclosure obligations under the SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
