1) The 37th AGM of the Members of JTEKT India Limited (‘the Company’) will be held on Thursday, the 16th September, 2021 at 11.00 a.m. (IST) through VC/OAVM Facility to transact the Ordinary and Special Business, as set out in the Notice of the 37th AGM, as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) read with General Circular Nos. 14/2020, 17/2020, 20/2020 and 02/2021 dated 8th April, 2020, 13th April, 2020, 5th May, 2020 and 13th January, 2021, respectively, and other circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (‘MCA’) and SEBI, without the physical presence of the Members at a common venue.
