Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

On December 14, 2012, General Employment Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association (Wells Fargo) entered into a Fourth Amendment dated December 14, 2012 (the “Fourth Amendment”) to the Account Purchase Agreement dated as of December 14, 2010 (as amended, the “Loan Agreement”). The Fourth Amendment, among other things, extended the term of the Loan Agreement to January 14, 2013.
