Item5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 13, 2010, General Employment Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) increased the annual salary of Salvatore J. Zizza, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, from $52,000 to $76,000. Such increase was made retroactive to January 1, 2010.
