The share buy-back transaction made on 24.03.2025 in accordance with the share buy-back program approved by the Extraordinary General Assembly resolution dated 31.01.2025 is shown in the table.

On 24.03.2025, 200,000 shares were bought-back from the TL 7.05-7.31 price range (average TL 7.168) and the GEDIK shares owned by our Company within the scope of this buy-back program reached 4,666,940 shares (0.47% of the Company's capital).
