Dear Stakeholder,

It has been announced that the Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved our application for capital increase by bonus issue in order to increase our Company's issued capital of TL 1,000,000,000 within the registered capital ceiling of TL 3,000,000,000 to TL 2,000,000,000 with an increase of 100% by TL 1,000,000,000 and that the starting date for the use of the right to receive bonus shares has been determined as 22.07.2025.

Within the scope of increasing the issued capital of our Company from TL 1,000,000,000 to 2,000,000,000, the new version of Article 6 of our Articles of Association regarding the capital has been registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 22.07.2025.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclore, the Turkish version shall prevail.
