Şirketimizin 3.000.000.000 TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde 1.000.000.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin, %100 oranında 1.000.000.000 TL artırılarak 2.000.000.000 TL'ye yükseltilmesine ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylanan ihraç belgesi ekte yer almaktadır.

Dear Stakeholders,

The issue document approved by the Capital Markets Board regarding the increase of our Company's issued capital of TL 1,000,000,000 to TL 2,000,000,000 within the registered capital ceiling of TL 3,000,000,000 by an increase of TL 1,000,000,000 at a rate of 100 % is attached.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
