The Gecina Board of Directors has reviewed the request of Eliseo Finance to appoint three directors (AMF decision no. 214C0205) and has decided to submit the following proposals to the General Meeting of April 23, 2014:
appointment of Ms. Méka Brunel and Messrs. Anthony Myers and Claude Gendron as Directors;
non-renewal of directorship of Ms. Helena Rivero which expires after the General Meeting of April 23, 2014;
early termination with immediate effect of the directorships of Ms. Victoria Soler and Mr. Vicente Fons.
The Board of Directors also proposed the renewal of the directorships of Messrs. Bernard Michel, Jacques-Yves Nicol (Independent Director) and Eduardo Paraja, and ratification of the cooptation of Ms. Sylvia Fonseca as Independent Director, to replace Mr. Philippe Donnet, who has resigned.
