The board of Gear4music (LSE: G4M), the largest UK based online retailer of musical instruments and music equipment, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022, Notice of AGM and form of proxy have been posted to shareholders and are now available on the Company's website www.gear4musicplc.com in accordance with AIM Rule 20.

The AGM will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 9 September 2022 at the offices of the Company at Holgate Park Drive, York, YO26 4GN.
