Ranjita Singh is an accomplished Human Resources (HR) Professional with over 24 years of multisectoral experience across Energy, Automobiles, Mining, and Media in MNCs, Indian corporates and smaller emerging firms. Having held senior roles at global organizations including GE Vernova, Hero MotoCorp, Rio Tinto and India Today Group, she brings deep expertise in strategic HR transformation, talent management, and organizational development. She believes and sets high standards for professional delivery and provides unique skillsets across the HR domain. She is a POSH trainer, a certified both Executive Coach and Emotional Intelligence Coach and puts this expertise into driving the Company’s human capital strategy and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture, generating higher value for the firms.
