The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30 January 2026 are enclosed as Annexure A & B.

Ranjita Singh is an accomplished Human Resources (HR) Professional with over 24 years of multisectoral experience across Energy, Automobiles, Mining, and Media in MNCs, Indian corporates and smaller emerging firms. Having held senior roles at global organizations including GE Vernova, Hero MotoCorp, Rio Tinto and India Today Group, she brings deep expertise in strategic HR transformation, talent management, and organizational development.
