CANCELLATION OF SHARES PURSUANT TO SHARE BUY-BACK
Attached is a copy of Form 484 lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in relation to the cancellation of 1,067,920 shares in GDI Property Group Limited (ACN 166 479 189).
Since the announcement of the buy-back on 20 February 2017, GDI Property Group1 has bought back and cancelled 2,140,555 stapled securities.
Following the cancellation, there are 536,678,543 stapled securities on issue.
