Attached is a copy of Form 484 lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in relation to the cancellation of 4,537,559 shares in GDI Property Group Limited.

This represents the total number of GDI Property Group stapled securities that have been bought back and cancelled since the announcement of the buy‐back on 23 February 2015.

Following the cancellation, there are 563,037,466 stapled securities on issue. The stapled securities cancelled were all acquired on or before the 26 March 2015 and does not include another 1,534,569 stapled securities acquired after 26 March 2015 as detailed in the subsequent daily share buy‐back announcements.
