FIRB approval and settlement date for 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney

GDI Property Group[1] is pleased to announce that the buyer of 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney, has now received FIRB approval for the acquisition and as a consequence the contract is now unconditional. However, due to the delayed receipt of FIRB approval, settlement is now expected to occur on or about 14 November 2017.
