SETTLEMENT OF 66 GOULBURN STREET, SYDNEY

GDI Property Group[1] is pleased to announce that the sale of 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney, settled today.

As previously announced 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney, was sold for $252.0 million, with GDI Property Group receiving approximately $228.0 million from the sale after settlement adjustments and selling costs, a $5.0 million premium to the last independent valuation of $223.0 million and a $92.0 million premium above the July 2014 acquisition price of $136.0 million.
