ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

GDI PROPERY GROUP VOLUNTARY ESCROW

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, GDI Property Group, the stapled entity comprising GDI Property Group Limited (ACN 166 479 189) and GDI Funds Management Limited (ACN 107 354 003) in its capacity as responsible entity of GDI Property Trust (ARSN 166 598 161), advises that 59,506,288 stapled securities that are subject to voluntary escrow will be released from escrow on 30 June 2015.

These stapled securities are already quoted on the ASX. As such, no additional application for quotation of additional securities (Appendix 3B) will be lodged.

GDI Property Group’s current capital structure is as follows:
