Australand Sells Civic Tower for $136 million

Australand today announced it, together with joint owner PFA Diversified Property Trust, has entered into an agreement with GDI Property Group for the sale of Civic Tower, Sydney for $136 million (100% interest). Australand has a 50% share of the building.

The transaction is expected to settle on or around 15 July 2014.
