GDI Property Group

ADMISSION TO OFFICIAL LIST

GDI Property Trust (the “Trust”) and GDI Property Group Limited (the “Company”) were admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (“ASX”) today, Tuesday 17 December 2013. One unit in the Trust will be stapled to one share in the Company and will be jointly quoted and traded as stapled securities on ASX under the name GDI Property Group (the “Group”).

Official Quotation of the following securities will commence at 12:00pm AEDT today, Tuesday 17 December 2013 on a deferred settlement basis.
