Update on OECD examination

GCM Resources plc ("GCM" or the "Company"), a London based resource exploration and development company, notes information disclosed in a publication by the OECD Watch in respect of the OECD examination announced by the Company on 14 June 2013. The information disclosed has been embargoed by the UK National Contact Point ("NCP") to the OECD, until its formal publication of an update, expected early next week.

The Company is pleased to report that the NCP has concluded its examination in respect of the Company. The results are currently embargoed, pending a review into the NCP's procedures as requested by the complainant following their apparent dissatisfaction with the outcome of the examination, which was disclosed to the parties.

GCM looks forward to communicating the final results of the NCP examination to its shareholders once the review of NCP's procedures has concluded, expected within the next quarter.
