Sale of investment

GCM Resources plc ("GCM" or the "Company"), a London based resource exploration and development company, announces that its investment in Polo Resources Limited was sold yesterday.

The 74.8 million shares held in Polo Resources representing 2.7% were sold as one block to a Malaysian based investor, realising £1.9m. GCM has made a total return including dividends amounting to £2.8 million on its original investment.
