Share Issue - Director's Share Dealing

A portion of the fees payable for the services of Mr Greg James, non-executive director of GCM Resources plc (GCM), are settled by the issue of shares as disclosed on 25th August 2009 and 20th April 2012.

Consequently, GCM has today allotted 12,500 ordinary shares to the company through which Mr Greg James provides services to GCM and in which he is beneficially interested.  Following this allotment he has a beneficial interest in 100,000 ordinary shares in GCM. 

Application has been made to The London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 26th February 2013.
