GCM Resources plc ("GCM" or the "Company"), a London based resource exploration and development company, announces that Dato' Md Wira Dani Bin Abdul Daim has resigned from the Board as Non-Executive Director for personal reasons. The Company is actively seeking a suitable candidate to join the Board as replacement and will update the market when an appointment has been made.

Michael Tang, Executive Chairman, commented: "Over the last three years Dato' Wira has provided an invaluable contribution to the Company and on behalf of the Board, staff and shareholders I would like to thank him for his service and wish him well for the future."
