Director change

GCM Resources plc ("GCM"), a London based resource exploration and development company, announces that Graham Taggart has stepped down as a Director of GCM, effective today.

Graham has agreed to provide consulting services to the Company as required.

Gerard Holden (Non-Executive Chairman), Gary Lye (Executive Director) and other GCM staff will work together to cover the role and responsibilities of Graham.

Gerard Holden, Non-Executive Chairman commented:  "I would personally like to thank Graham for his services and commitment to GCM Resources.  Graham has been with the Company since 2006 and has made a tremendous impact.  We wish him well for the future."
