Offer from Rasmussengruppen AS to buy a limited number of shares in Shearwater Geoservices Holding AS

GC Rieber Shipping ASA (RISH) has received a letter from Rasmussengruppen AS

(RG) where RG offers to buy shares in Shearwater Geoservices Holding AS (SGH)

from some shareholders in RISH that receive shares in SGH, subject to the

extraordinary general meeting in RISH approving the distribution of SGH shares

today.
